1. What EDGEFORGE is

EDGEFORGE provides sports market intelligence and decision-support software. It is not a sportsbook, not a gambling operator, and does not accept wagers.

2. No guarantees

Nothing in the product constitutes financial, legal, or betting advice. Past performance and model scores do not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old to use EDGEFORGE. You are responsible for complying with the laws of your jurisdiction, including where sports betting is legal.

4. Accounts & billing

Paid plans (Scout, Pro, Elite) are billed through Stripe. Fees are recurring until cancelled via the billing portal. Trials, if offered, convert to paid unless cancelled before the trial ends.

5. Acceptable use

Do not abuse the API, scrape the service, reverse engineer models for resale, or use EDGEFORGE to violate sportsbook terms or applicable law.
